The Arlington Branch NAACP is a 501(c) (4) nonprofit, social justice voluntary organization. It is not a government agency. Filing a complaint with the NAACP is not the same as filing a claim with an administrative agency or filing a suit in a complaint with an administrative agency or filing a lawsuit in a court of law. If you have a Civil/Human Rights or Discrimination complaint that needs to be investigated, please download and complete the Arlington Branch NAACP Discrimination complaint form.
We do not accept complaints over the phone or without a completed and signed complaint form. We will only investigate or make referrals for complaints that are for violations within our purview – civil and human rights violations or discriminatory in nature in keeping with our mission statement.
